The giant pacific octopus is a majestic creature and can change their color to blend in with the surroundings, and they have three hearts and nine brains. They are highly intelligent and can learn to solve puzzles and even open jars! There is more than meets the eye when it comes to the giant pacific octopus, and that says a lot because they look fascinating! The giant pacific octopus grows bigger and lives longer than any other octopus species, with an average life span of 3-5 years and an average size of 16 feet and 110 pounds. The largest recorded specimen was 30 feet across and weighed more than 600 pounds!
